This Report forms part of the Directors’ Report and has been audited in accordance with section 300A of the Corporations Act 2001 . The Report details the remuneration arrangements Urbanise’s key management personnel (KMP): –– Non-executive directors (NEDs) –– Executive directors and senior executives (collectively the executives). KMPs are those persons who, directly or indirectly, have authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the major activities of the Company and Group. Vivienne Selzer departs from his role as Chief Financial Officer on 6 September 2019. Simon Lee was appointed as his replacement on 7 June 2019.
