Share-based payments Employee share option and performance rights share plan Share options and share performance rights are granted to executives and staff as part of their remuneration package under the Employee Share Option Plan. There are no cash settlement alternatives. The Employee Share Option Plan is designed to provide long-term incentives for senior managers and staff (including Directors) to deliver long-term shareholder returns. Participation in the plan is at the Board’s discretion and there is no individual contractual right to participate in the plan or to receive any guaranteed benefits.
