Year in review Directors’ Report Financial Statements Remuneration Report Sustainability Our Leaders 15 Annual Report 2021 | REA Group Ltd Ongoing industry collaboration REA formed a partnership with the Real Estate Institute (REIA) of Australia to sponsor the national body’s inaugural Strategic Policy Forum and the annual REIA Awards for Excellence in June 2021. Fostering strong industry partnerships and working alongside our customers is a key component of REA’s strategic direction and ultimate success. These events not only helped cement even stronger working relationships, but they also provided a great opportunity to recognise and celebrate the real estate industry’s successes. In FY21, REIA and REA partnered strategically to better serve and strongly support real estate agents and agencies. Our partnership saw joint advocacy during COVID-19 lockdowns and progress towards national stamp duty reform. REA also recognised industry best practice through its sponsorship of the REIA National Awards for Excellence 2021 and the inaugural REIA Getting Real Strategic Policy Forum.
